The simplest way to achieve your goal is to run the Transaction List by Customer report, @VDGLA.

 

With proper customization of dates and filtering it to a single customer, this will display all their invoices and payments made. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Standard Reports.
  3. Enter the Transaction List by Customer in the search field and click it once it shows.
  4. Change the Report Period to the preferred one. Then, move to the Filter icon. In the first box, select Customer. The second one is equals, and the last is the name of the client you want to view the invoices and payments for.
