I'm dealing with the same issue since yesterday. 

I've cleared the cache, updated Chrome, and disabled extensions. I'm still having the same issue when changing the report date. 

I'm doing a windows update to see if that helps. 

I also tried on an older computer and this error doesn't happen.

any other suggestions?
