I want to ensure this payroll import concern is addressed. For now, we highly recommend contacting our Support Team for them to review the file and help you out with the steps to successfully import the data. Here's how to contact them:
- Go to the (?) Help menu, then select the Search tab.
- At the bottom, select Contact us.
- Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
- On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
- Choose Chat with us to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
