It's vital you're able to customize the width on your QuickReport. Rest assured, I'll be happy to give you a hand with this so you can continue managing your business with peace of mind. 

 

QuickBooks is designed to help save you time and I'd like for you to enjoy that benefit. Based on what you've described, I'd recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser as a method of troubleshooting. Clearing cache and cookies helps fix most minor issues the site may be having. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. I encourage you to try this out and let me know what happens when you try editing the columns again.
