Allow me to share some information about pull up reports that includes service dates in QuickBooks Online.

 

At this time, being able to include the service date of your transaction on the reports isn't an option for us. This is because QuickBooks will only generate the due date and the date as to when was the transaction created. You'll need to open each transaction on the report manually to see the service date.

 

However, the development team is constantly working to improve the product and appreciates the help of users in bringing things like this to their attention. I'd encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Online Blog regularly to be updated with our latest news and updates including product improvements.
