Hi kushan!

It's good to see you posting today! I'm happy to provide details about the balances you mentioned.

Most of the time, the QuickBooks and Bank balances won't match because of the following situations:

  • there's a transaction in QBO that is not cleared in your bank yet, like a paycheck or a regular check
  • a bank transaction is not recorded in QBO yet
  • there's a duplicate transaction in QuickBooks
  • there's a deleted transaction in QBO
  • a transaction has a wrong amount
  • There's a connection issue, and you're seeing the outdated bank balance in QBO. Try checking later.

Whatever the reason is, you just want to be sure that you can reconcile your transactions in a specific period, like from the last month or the other month. If you see some entries that are not in your bank statement, remove them. If there are missing entries, add them.

Let me know if you have other concerns with your balances. I'm just around to continue to help.
