The Undo option for a reconciled period is only available in QBO Accountant. I'd highly recommend inviting your accountant to your company and let them undo your previous bank reconciliation.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
- Select Manage users and choose Accounting firms.
- Select Invite.
- Complete the required fields
- Hit Save.
- Your accountant will undo the entire reconciliation.
