Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community! I will be happy to help! Once you have your project set up, you can track hourly labor cost and profitability in QuickBooks Online. You can switch between viewing payroll expenses or hourly costs:

1. Select the Projects menu.
2. Find and select the project you need to view.
3. Click the Payroll Expenses or Hourly Costs drop down ▼ and choose the one you want to view. Please know that changing this setting in one project will affect all projects.
