I spoke to the Customer Support Team on July 1, 2021.  I am confirming your investigation #INV-00254.  QB has still not resolved this critical issue.  I will update this post whenever I get more info from QB.  NOTE:  QB Support gave me a workaround in July, which I would share with others, however it's no longer working either.  When these critical functions stop working, businesses can't bill, and it prevents us from making money.  With no solution in sight, we should pause and consider switching to an accounting system that works and is dedicated to resolving critical issues promptly.
