I hate to hear your interaction with QuickBooks Time has been less than ideal. I can assure you this is not the consensus I want to leave you and this thread with.

The engineers are aware of the problem with the time not syncing and are actively working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. If you haven't already been added to the list of affected users, a member of the QB Time Support Team can do that for you.
