I'm unable to get you added to the INV directly through the Community, but I'll get you to the team that can. The number to reach QB Time Support is 888.836.2720. An agent will be able to get you promptly added once you're connected over the phone, and will be able to assist live with getting your products reconnected so you can run payroll.
