Yes, you can achieve that by going to the Time entries page and setting the date range to view all your contractors' time activities, lj39, since generating a report specific to time activities by the contractor isn't possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can follow these steps to view all of your contractors' time activities:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Time, then click Time entries
  3. In Display by column, choose Contractor.

  4. In the Date range column, select the date range for which you want to view timesheets.
  5. You can also search by team member to filter for an individual’s timesheets.

  6. Select the Gear icon beside the Action column to customize how to view the hours and what columns you see on the timesheets.

Moreover, if you want your team to track their own time, they can track their time in QuickBooks Workforce.

I'm always ready to assist you with other questions or concerns about managing contractors. Tag me in your reply, and I'll sprint back into action. Have a good one, and keep safe.
