To clarify, have you tried using a different web browser? If not, I recommend giving that a shot. 

 

However, if you keep having issues with the login screen, I recommend connecting with our Technical Support Team. This way, one of our agents can review your account in a secure environment and investigate this matter further. You can use the steps I've included below to connect with our team. 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click the tab to get started:
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
