QuickBooks support team: this thread repeats instructions that do not solve the problem. This is a terrible problem that has the potential to leave money on the table and cost thousands overtime to manage.  Please reply with a functional solution ASAP, or our company will be dropping QuickBooks online for another accounting in timesheet software.
