My staff clock in and out, they are not linked to certain services. Simply start and finish times. When I come to run payroll on QBO not all my staff hours sync.
The ones that do sync also include sick hours as worked even though they are not shown not the hours summary report in QB Time. Sick pay is a different pay rate so I don't want it imported as work.
What am I doing wrong and how to I get all staff to sync.
Also if my staff member is due to start at 8am and they eagerly clock in at 7.45am do I have to manually change each clock in or is there a more productive, streamlined way to do this.
