Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can amend the timesheet details in QuickBooks Online (QBO), TLCCLtd.

We appreciate you for unapproving the timesheets to make some edits. Let's ensure we log in as the account administrators or managers to edit timesheets. To learn more about this one, check out this article: Team member settings and permissions in QuickBooks Time.

Once done, unlock the timesheets first before unapproving them. Only unapproved timesheets that aren't included in payroll are editable. Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks Time, go to the QuickBooks icon and select Unlock Exported Time.
2. Choose a Start date and an End date.
3. Select All team members and choose the employees you want to unlock time for.
4. Review the timesheets and tap Unlock timesheets.
5. In the notice that displays, press Confirm unlock.

Then, follow step 2 in this article to unapprove time: Unlock QuickBooks Time timesheets.

Once done, edit the timesheets in the program. When you’re ready, approve them again by going to Approvals. Also, check for any payroll, invoices, or other areas where you may have already used this time in QuickBooks.

If the same thing happens, we can clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The collection of data over time can hinder you from modifying the timesheets. Also, we can utilize another supported browser or device if this doesn't work. This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
