To start, have you already tried the basic troubleshooting steps for your browser that my colleague mentioned earlier? If you have and the issue still persists, please reach out to our QuickBooks Live Support team. They can assist you with the problem of the schedule page scrolling to the top every time you change an employee's schedule. The support team will guide you through the process and make sure any necessary changes are accurately reflected.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on the (?) Help icon.
  3. Press the Assistant tab to get help from the QB assistant, or select the Search tab to enter your question and find Help articles.


     
  4. If you can't find answers to your questions:
    • QB Assistant: Type in Talk to an expert. You'll get options for expert help. 
    • Search: Select Contact Us to be connected to an expert for help.
    • Tip: If Contact Us button isn't visible, try typing your issue into the search bar (for example, “update credit card”).

Additionally, this reporting guide allows admins to view tracked hours for each job or customer, organized by team members who worked on them. It includes regular, overtime, and double-time hours, if configured: Run a job costing by team member report in QuickBooks Time.
