Thanks you Sheila for responding.  However, in my initial question I did say that I had already contacted Quickbooks Support (via the Request More Additional Fields function in Quickbooks Time) and received no response.  I have also attempted to contact Quickbooks Support via the Chat function on many occasions with either no success or no response at all.  I find the lack of support provided by Quickbooks Time to be highly disappointing and virtually non-existent.
