We are researching Quickbooks for our current business. We've been using Excel manual spreadsheets for the first year of doing business and looking to level-up to accounting software. We do junk removal and 50% of our customers pay by card with our Payanywhere card reader. How can we integrate this or do we have to use the Quickbooks or Square card reader? What are the options for us? Please can you point us in the right direction for further information. I haven't started using Quickbooks yet to know how to reconcile from my card reader merchant statements onto Quickbooks. Worst case scenario manually entering? It will only be 2-4 transactions per day.
