In QuickBooks Desktop, within the Basic Customization windows, the OK button in the Statement template window is the button intended to save your changes and apply them to the form.
Since you're unable to see the option, it may be hidden below your screen. Follow these steps to resolve this:
- Hover the mouse cursor over the Basic Customization window.
- Click and hold the window.
- Please drag the window upward to reveal the hidden options. This will allow you to reveal the full window and ensure you can access the save option.
- Next, click the Ok button to save the changes.
