Have you had a chance to check if your printer is set up correctly? If you haven’t already, it’s definitely worth a try so we can narrow down what’s causing this issue.

 

If everything looks good with the printer setup, but the size issue with your company name persists, we can explore a few other solutions to get this fixed.

 

Start by making sure you can print from any program. In these steps, we’ll use Notepad. You can try to print from any program you have, as long as it's not QuickBooks.

 

  1. Select Start and browse to Notepad.
  2. Enter some text and go to File, then select Print.
  3. Select the correct printer and select Print.
