QuickBooks Payments combines all of your payments into a single batch and deposits the total into the direct deposit account you entered. Deposit speeds vary based on which product you use to process payments and the type of payment.
Your first set of payments, will be deposited within 5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while the account is set up. After everything's finished, you'll receive your funds faster.
