I just found out that I was charged over $5000 in fees for ACH transactions since June 2025. It is October 2025 (a lot of small transactions within that time). This is, so far, only how far back I have looked. I've been accepting ACH through QBO payments for over 4 years. Roughly $3M worth. I can't help but think this is somewhat my fault, for being taken advantage of, because I clearly haven't noticed these fees until now. However, I trusted QuickBooks because everywhere I have looked (now and in the past) I have seen that it is 1% BUT THAT IT CAPS AT $10. What a crock! I will be suing QBO if I find out they have taken more than $10k from me over the last 3 years.
