We are having the exact same issue. I have followed all the steps. We've uninstalled, installed. Removed the user, resent the user. We have 3 other techs this works perfect for but this one we can not get to work. We get the message No payment accounts found. We have spent hours working with Quickbooks and troubleshooting on our own when they couldn't help.
