Your QuickBooks Checking may not accept your online check deposit if it does not meet the requirements for using the mobile check deposit feature.

 

To ensure smooth transactions, your QuickBooks Checking account must be active and in good standing. It requires that payments be made on time, and there are no violations of the terms or conditions outlined in the card agreement. Additionally, your deposits must remain within the account's allowable limit. You can check your deposit limit on the QuickBooks Checking home page.

 

If you've verified these details and your deposits are still not accepted, I suggest reaching out to our Payment Support Team for further assistance. They can review your QuickBooks Checking account setup and provide guidance or other alternative options if necessary.
