There have been a few posts regarding class action lawsuits due to Intuit/ QB "holding" money for weeks, if not months on end.  Intuit./ QB has done this to hundreds of their customers.  However, nothing ever comes of it.  I don't know why, as there are SOOOOOO many people that could sue due to this practice.  

I know that if you can find an attorney to take the case, there will be hundreds of people, past and present, that would happily join.
