If the estimate exceeds $2,000, you should activate the financing options in your settings. If they are already enabled but you still don't see the financing option available, I suggest reaching out to our live support team for assistance.

- Log into your QBO account.
- Navigate to the Help (?) icon located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on the Assistant tab for support from the QB assistant, or go to the Search tab and type in Contact Us to receive help from a specialist.
- Click on the Contact Us button when it appears.
- Select your preferred method of connecting with them:
- Callback - to reserve your spot and get someone to call you back
- Chat - to start with a conversation with an expert through chat
