If you're using QuickBooks Online, use these steps:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account. 
  2. On the upper right corner, select the Help icon.
  3. Choose the Search tab and type in Contact Us.
  4. Select the Contact Us option at the bottom part of the page.
  5. Choose what method you want to connect with them.

 

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop, follow these steps:

 

  1. On the upper right beside the window, select the Help tab.
  2. Choose the Contact Us option.
