The prepayments feature for QuickBooks Desktop 2024 using QuickBooks Payments is only available for the QBDT Enterprise version. While we don't have a direct way to transfer you to our technical support team, I can guide you through the steps to connect to them. Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- On the top menu, head to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Type Contact Us in the search bar and follow the on-screen steps to connect with our support.
Please know that you can call our support as many times as you like. However, they're only available during their support hours.
After that, consider running a report to see open prepayments on sales orders or estimates.
