My situation is slightly different.  I have a credit card transaction that I know went through because it's on my bank account, along with the Intuit fee for the transaction.  In my case, the fee came through, however the actual customer payment transaction did not.

Is there a way I can manually add this to deposit, being it didn't come through, so there is no Undeposited Funds to work from?  I am on Desktop, not QBO.  Thanks
