Let me address your queries about processing payments using a card reader, Mrehan19.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can connect your card reader to a Mac or Windows computer using a USB-C cable. Here's how:

 

  1. Turn on the card reader.
  2. Connect the card reader to the computer with the provided USB cable.
  3. Open QuickBooks Desktop.

However, if you're using QuickBooks Online, you'll need to use the app to proceed with the payment using a card reader.
