I just had the same thing happen I opened an account, deposited a check and they next day the closed the account. The message on QuickBooks checking is the account is on hold. The check cleared, and the money is in that account. I can't get it or transfer it, it is held there and I can't access it. I woukd like help too. QuickBooks payments support says it could be up to a year before the money is released. I can't reach anyone at green dot bank because you are required to enter a card # or ssn# to get through, and mine are not recognized. How do you get your money out? This feels awful and not right, that they can just keep the money.
