Customer's email addresses are required when copying estimate and invoice links. In the meantime, you can create a dummy email address or utilize your personal email to help generate links. You can also turn off the Send later option in an invoice to prevent the system from asking for an email. Here's how:

 

  1. Create a new invoice or open an existing one.
  2. Click on Manage, then head to the Scheduling section.
  3. Toggle off the Send later option.
  4. Select the Share link from the designated dropdown to get the link.

 

On the other hand, it can be beneficial to get estimate links without adding a customer email address for a seamless transaction. Hence, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product development team. They might incorporate your suggestions in future product updates to ensure they meet different business needs.
