To begin, let's confirm if you're using the Airy New template, as it's the only template that allows adding and removing the QR code feature.

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Open the template you're using for the invoice by clicking Edit.
3. In the Design tab, click Change up the template. Check if you're using Airy new. If you aren't, choose that option.
4. Select Done to save the changes.

Then, let's now remove the QR code on the invoice page.

1. Go to +New and select Invoice.
2. Fill in the necessary details.
3. Click print, preview PDF and download part of the invoice. Then, untick the QR code box.
4. Save the changes.
