Thank you for joining us here, @cgk114. Let's work together to fix the issue of the customer's email address not being included automatically in the invoice copy.

One possible reason why the email addresses aren't automatically brought over to the copied invoice is because of the local internet cache and cookies stored in our browser. If you haven't tried it, I suggest making a copy or duplicating your invoice through a private/incognito window. The private window will not save any history, making it an excellent place to identify browser problems. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once you're in incognito mode, make a copy of your invoice and see if it brings up the customer's email address.

If everything's good, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.

Furthermore, you can read this article to learn how to personalize and add specific information to your invoice and other form styles in the program: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you need anything else besides making a copy of your invoice. I'm always around here in the Community forum to help. Stay safe!
