Buy nowI own a furniture store. QB allowed AMEX to process a $10,600 chargeback from clients that stated the items were; returned, defective, damaged. Spoiler Alert - they still have everything. AMEX gives their clients 120 days to file. This was processed less than a week from the deadline. QB did not look into my side of things.
For reference - clients received their items December 20th. They emailed on the 26th stating the items got stained so we mustβve sold them defective products. Iβve spent $15k in legal fees already and cannot get QB or AMEX to listen to me.
Id like to be included in this lawsuit. Quickbooks collects their money but is not on the side of their merchants
