Buy nowPlease include me in this. I was assured by the QuickBooks team that I was cleared to deliver my product, even though my $2,900 was on hold. They then closed my account the next day with no explanation, but still assured me that I was protected and would be receiving my money. I never would have done the transaction otherwise. I have been contacting Quickbooks since January 3rd with the assumption that I would be helped, and now I have been on the phone for an hour (currently on hold to speak to someone higher) and the only solution I've been given is to contact the customer and have them send the transaction again, which is impossible at this point.
