Is BV3345 a robot? I believe so because if they would have read my complaint they would know that I tried to fix this problem with their customer reprehensive for almost 2 hours and all they want to do is repeat over and over again $649.00 it was like talking to a brick wall. 

Class action lawsuit against QB's would be great I will need your email address and or name so I can check you out .
