To start, let's run the Print and PDF tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Make sure to download its most recent version (1.6.0.3) and save the file somewhere you can easily find it. Once done, open the tool hub and follow these steps;
If you're still getting the same results, try reinstalling QuickBooks Desktop.
