Happened to me yesterday. They told me they will hold payments up to 180 days and my merchant account was closed permanently for “business reasons.” They also won’t remove my credit card from file so if any clients dispute the charge, I believe I’ll incur chargebacks. Anyone know about this? I have no idea how this is legal. I had no idea that could do this for the very unclear reason of “business decisions.” Very difficult as a brand new business to absorb these losses right in the beginning. And I have no idea what I did wrong. 

I don’t see any class actions online but I’ll be interested to join. My name is Jill. My email is [removed]. Obviously no spaces. Not dot com but dot ai. Loop me in if a class action is moving forward.
