Buy nowDid you ever get your money back? I am going through THIS EXACT experience right now, and quite honestly fed up with QuickBooks and Intuit. Because my account closed, funds are just sitting there and I opted to have my clients receive their payments back so I can continue business elsewhere. Well they will not release the funds and thus affecting my business relationship with my clients as I have to continue doing business out of my own pocket and asking for an additional payment from my clients!
As a new father and business owner, this absolutely affects my pocket! I was also told that my clients would receive their payments back in 5-7 business days. And after speaking with a rep today (8 business days later), I was told there is no official timeline for my clients to receive payment! I cannot believe a business can get away with just holding $$ as they collect interest off of it. There whole reason for not sending yet is because they are waiting in the case there are disputes on the charges. Its been 3 weeks for the charges and no, there haven't been any. So why are we still waiting?
