First, you can start by accessing your account in an incognito or private browser. You can refer to these shortcut keys below:

• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

You can follow the steps to import the transactions and check if you see the hyperlink. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache to eliminate unnecessary cache to fix your browser.
