It is my understanding that you cannot access Green Dot outside of QuickBooks, that being said if you have an issue with the bank, QB gives you customer service for Green Dot, and they tend to not be able to solve anything    I have pending charges on my account for over a month and they continue to assure me that it will fall off and I just have to wait...2 more days lol.
