You, as well as everyone else who has tried to "help" with this issue have told me to turn off PayPal and how to.  So thank you for that, I suppose.  This is NOT the issue.  PayPal IS turned OFF.  Yet, somehow, Quickbooks is still allowing my clients to pay via PayPal.  Explain THAT.  Because this is quite literally costing me money. So I cannot afford the problem to "persist" and THEN contact Customer Service.  I tried that and thought we fixed the simple issue and yet, here we are AGAIN.
