Since it's blocked in every browser, I recommend configuring their settings and changing it to Allowed. This enables the browser to access the emailed link seamlessly. Please select the appropriate one below.
For Google Chrome, here's how:
- Open Chrome and choose More. Then, select Settings.
- Choose Advanced.
- Under Privacy and security, select Content settings.
- Choose Pop-ups and redirects.
- Switch the setting to Allowed.
Safari:
- Choose Safari and select Preferences.
- Select Security.
- Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box to enable pop-ups.

If the issue continues to occur, you have to open the emails using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
- For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it works, you need to clear the cache of the regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites to start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
On the other hand, reporting the problem to Intuit Online Security or to our Support Team isn't needed once the issue has been resolved by following the steps outlined above.
