The latest in a long string of terrible errors is their sending a check to a vendor that was unsigned - in addition to being drawn on the now-defunct Silicon Valley Bank. Their inability to track outstanding checks, and in a different issue, track that a check has been deposited is intolerable. We've given them so many chances. We're out.
