That's a tough spot, BWK Industries.

I understand the difficulty of having funds on hold for a long time. It includes the effort and time devoted while waiting. I'm here to turn around the table so you can start processing payments in no time.

Please know that we withheld deposits for various reasons. We're doing this to protect you and the payee. Here are two primary causes:

  • Security concerns with one or more transactions in the deposit
  • The deposit exceeds a predefined account threshold (approved monthly amount or average individual charge)

With this, I'd like to know if you received an email back then. It contains specific instructions on how to resolve the issue. You can check out this guide for more details: Why Are My Funds On Hold?

I appreciate your patience despite the challenges you've been dealing with since last year. Hence, I recommend contacting our Payment Support Team. As much as I want to help you, we're unable to pull up private information here.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
