I can help you determine which country your QuickBooks Online account is for, @kmoAccountant

Aside from going to the Accounts and Settings to determine the currency, we can also find out what country by looking at its default currency. Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online Account.
  2. From the left navigational pane, choose Dashboard
  3. Go to the Business Overview tab.
  4. See the currency sign used on the graphs.

I'm also enclosing a few articles to help you get started with QuickBooks Online processes:

Please let me know if you need clarification about multicurrency in QBO. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a great day, and stay safe.
