Thanks for coming back and providing screenshot so we can better understand your issue. It's my pleasure to assist you to day.

 

I agree with Malcolm. There is a possibility that someone may have renamed it. Let's try checking your Chart of Accounts (COA) and look for the Detailed Type that shows Undeposited Funds. You have to make sure you will be using the correct account for Undeposited Funds moving forward when you make deposits.

 

To see the Detail Type of the Accounts on the COA, you'll need to add the column for Detail Type. Here's how:

  1. Go to Accounting.
  2. Click Chart of Accounts.
  3. Click the gear icon of the report.
  4. Check the box for Detail Type.
