I appreciate you for following all the suggested fixes shared by my peers, @yorkiemom2

 

At this point, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can take a closer look at the issue on your QuickBooks Apps when everything's working fine on the browser. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu, then select Assistant.
  2. Select a suggested option, then type a question or topic you need help with, then click still Talk to a human.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
